During this period of isolation and uncertainty due to the COVID-19 health and economic crisis making regular connections and working on our emotional and inner wellbeing is of vital importance.   We have gone ONLINE fortnightly during this crisis.

 

Our monthly community Wellbeing Circles allow for purposeful conversations to explore topics relating to foundations of wellbeing. 

 

The sessions provide a unique opportunity to pause and consider your overall wellbeing, explore these deep themes through the reading of quotations, stories and writings and by discussing their implications on health and wellbeing.  

 

When working with clients to achieve personal goals, I find it can be helpful for them to link with others on a similar pathway.  Connecting within a small ‘community’ enables individuals to feel supported, gain clarity and can find a level of accountability. 

 

Examples of topics – Giving, A Sense of Time, Detachment, Service, Wisdom, Love, Honesty, Gratitude

 

These New Pathways Wellbeing Circles are held monthly, are free to clients, the general public, family and friends.  All are welcome.  Please register to attend and confirmation details for the next session will be sent to you. 

 

We provide a safe space to reflect and make connections with like-minded individuals.
