She has a unique style of engaging with participants quickly to encourage discussion and sharing, that Annette believes is the best way to bring about personal reflection and empowerment.  Annette is an enthusiastic educator and personal coach who thrives on supporting others to achieve their best.

COMMUNITY BASED WELLBEING PROGRAMS

Annette would be delighted to create a specific wellbeing program to meet the needs of your residents or your team.  Each season Annette creates a sample of programs that she believes are relevant to individuals during that period.  Current interest areas include understanding stress and anxiety, feelings of isolation, challenges with wellbeing and life balance, ways to improve sleep, increasing awareness of thinking processes that restrict growth, strategies to manage emotions, and women’s health and support. She notes residents often like hands-on participatory workshops such as Bosai, journaling, vision-boarding.

Some clients create their own mini-series which provides the opportunity for Annette to develop deeper connections, and a greater sense of empowerment.  A series can be created to suit your local needs or schedule, for example – a series of 3 - 6 workshops chosen from these samples or on topics you feel relate to your residents or staff.
