Mood Walk

During this session we will take a step off the ‘track of life’ to engage with nature and personally reflect on where our emotions and essence are at.  Through listening to our inner voice and tapping into our creativity, each participant will create a personal reflection.

My Story

Gathering around a series of fires, small groups of women will explore together themes such as inner health, life choices and regret.  Through telling and sharing personal stories we will open the doors to our inner strength, our words of wisdom and learn from each other.  Lessons of life can be given and received, but it is the trust between spirits that will truly transform our wellbeing.

Sunday Trek & Lunch

Sunday morning trek through the You Yangs under the guidance of Richelle Olsen from Escaping Your Comfort Zone, to put into physical action the insights gained during our first day. The 2 hour walk will be moderately difficult, but suitable for all walking abilities as it will take us through landscapes and valleys to challenge us physically, and provide each with time to process the learnings and lifestyle choices explored during Saturday.

Richelle Olsen

is Aussie 30-something who’s cycled nearly 5,000 kms from Canada to Mexico, hiked to Everest base camp, run a 25km mountain race in the Spanish Pyrenees, trekked the Inca Trail, scuba dived in oceans and freshwater caves around the world, raced over 20 triathlons, solo hiked the Queen Charlotte Track in NZ and had a whole lot of other adventures in between. She is an everyday woman who has discovered that the ONE THING that has made her experiences unbelievable is DOING IT WITH OTHERS!  Strong women are the ones building each other up, not tearing each other down. www.escapingyourcomfortzone.com
