Life Coaching is a process of supporting individuals to recognise and achieve a goal to bring about life changes. Life has hundreds of life-style choices every day, some that help our wellbeing and success and others that don’t. Through Life Coaching clients are accompanied along their pathway to set a realistic goal, develop purposeful steps, build on experience and personal strengths and win their coaching goal. A Life Coach is there every step of the way to accompany and encourage you.
Life Coaching goals might include finding a sense of wellbeing and balance due to the impact of a busy and overwhelming life, it could be planning to return to work after children have started school, creating a pathway to life after recovering from a serious injury or to map out a career pathway.

This is a model to assist clients through life coaching helps to uncover the underlying challenges that they are facing, to discover personal strengths and plan to remove obstacles restricting growth and wellbeing. Clients discover a series of strategies that contribute to the empowerment and wellbeing of all aspects of life that will bring about meaningful and long lasting change to their Heart, Mind, Body and Spirit.
